I have an MG2220 giving me the error E15 with an old cartridge. I just purchased a new 241XL cartidge and after installing it, it keeps giving me the same error. I use Windows 10.
Is there anybody who can help? I spent $35 in a new cartridge and Walmart don't want to give me my money back for it. While a new printer cost almost the same as the cartridge. Did I just threw $35 to the garbage?
