My Pixma MX892 has the u052 error for incorrect printhead. I have tried reseating the cartridges

My Pixma MX892 has the u052 error for incorrect printhead.  I have tried reseating the cartridges and powering down for 10 minutes.  How do i remove the printhead to reseat it?  I can lift the locking bar, but nothing moves.
