I have an Canon MP 230 printer that is not scanning. I am able to print documents however. I have tried suggestions posted earlier. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.
I have a windows 8 system in a hp envy computer. I found the place under scanner and printer and it says I need to put in a disk in order to add the scanner but I do not have the disk. Your help is greatly appreciated.
