I dropped my HF R50. The screen GUI's work fine but the picture is all glitched out. Any help?

I dropped my Canon Vixia HF R50, and the the picture on the camera is all glitched and messed up. The touch screen works fine, I can browse all my videos and options, but the picture just flashes bright green, yellow, pink and white. Help?
