White horizontal line on screen even on printed photos is it a sensor issue?

White line is always there on lcd screen while shooting and on the photos downloaded on PC.. Does anyone knows what causes this issue-censor or something else?

The problem was defective shutter. Overexposed lines are from the shutter blades.
