canon IPF 710 prints a white page

Hi,I am having this issue: IPF 710 plotter prints out a white page. The print head was changed along with all the inks. Any help will be much appreciated.

Firmware is the latest (1.40), inks are all new, printhead is new. I tried it from 3 different computers with the same result
