Does anyone know what batteries are compatible with the Canon BP-727 or the BP-718 for the Vixia HFR52 camcorder?

I have read the specs and it seems that the R52 has the best low light capabilities of the cameras in its price range. Has anyone found a better camera (Canon or otherwise) for shooting low light videos?
