It worked then I got a new internet provider it gave me the error message but I reconnected and it worked. Now it won't? Same message Printer not responding but it shows up as ready?
The end result was to power everything down and reboot the whole thing. Printer,Laptop and Wireless router and then it worked. I did call Canon and the rep was very helpful and this turned out to be the resolve...
I am using Windows 8 on a Lenovo Laptop my connection is WIFI This worked well when I installed this last week. The only change was the internet provider and the Wireless router. But it did work once after I reset the WIFI connection.
