Tried all of the solutions, still scan fails. Is there a resource for the error message?

OS is windows 7. I reinstalled the driver and Canon Navagator scan software. Copies so scanner hardware works. Used third party software and scan works. If you dont pay, the PDF has a watermark. The scan worked 2 weeks ago and have not had any ...
