I would suggest you to check the setting of cannon printer fax problem or troubleshoot the printer issues. After this you will get the relief from the issue.
Re: The black ink doesn't print on my Pixar MP980 and the ink is full and working. Can anyone help?

I am also using cannon printer but i diidnot get this kind of printer issue. I think you should try to check the printer setting.
