They just don't learn from there mistakes. Not smart from such a company. They probbably need a new CEO.

If it was just possible to put much heat under the CEO's seat so he would make place for a new one , just maybe the problem would be solved.

Unbelievable they do nothing to fix the problem.. Such a shame a global company like canon leaves its customers in the dark.Maybe they just need a new CEO. Well it is a sugestion.
