My Epson XP -810 has arrived today. Beautiful machine with lots of features the Canon didn't have. But one thing the Canon has is not to be found with the Epson: no U052 error to ruin my day. I'm wondering though, there are a lot of Canon printers on...
I wonder what Canon wants to achieve with this attitude. Do they have too many customers and want to get rid of some? Have the stockholders complained about very good results? It's obvious that Canon doesn't care about loosing a few thousand customer...
My MP-610 has started his journey into the great blue yonder. I chucked it into the dustbin and that got emptied yesterday. Have now started looking at Epson and Brother for replacement. Nice printer, the MP-610, at least for the 14 months it worked....
You can't resolve this error. It's like the Windows errror (from Dutch) Undetectable error detected. These are Lemming printers: every now and again they will kill themselves.
Or they just don't care. Big company, can't be bothered with small and unimportant customers. So they lose a few, who cares. They will only come off their lazy butt if this blows sky high and is costing so much profit that they start noticing it.
