my Canon printer Pixma 3522 I can't get the print head to align about to take it back to Walmart.

I have done the print the page and scan adjustment three or four times to no avail. When I go to my control panel under printer and print test page it is perfect. Then try to print something on line and it is blurred. Help plz.
