I have Cannon Lide 110. I have installed "solution Menu Ex" but it is not working.

Thanks for your effort.I have Cannon Lide 110. It is not working for a while. I searched in cannon web. and installed "solution menu EX" but still it is not working. What should I do? Please help me.
