Printer head wil no center on my MX892

No matter how often I raise and lower the cover, the head remain stuck on the far right.
The printer head on my MX892 will not center, no matter how often I raise and lower the cover.

Re: Printer head does not go to mid position to change ink. Power is off. Can't make it work.

Printer head does not go to mid position to change ink. Power is off. Can't make it work. Have just repaced 2 ink tankss and the Head just remains to the right, no matter how often I raise and lower the cover. it is an MX892.
