ELPH 330 to wifi

I am trying to connect my ELPH 330 to wifi.but I get the error message "Connection failed" at the last step..

I called the support team three times. They each seemed knowledgeable and tried to help, but could not get the wlifi to work.I had to returned my ELPH 330HS.
