I'm assuming "HERE" was suppose to be hyper-linked. I'm having the same issue and would like to figure it out. Where could we get one-on-one tech support?
I had the same problem a couple of days ago. Today the clips didn't duplicate, but it cut a 12min take into 2 clips which is really frustrating. Did you ever find out what was going on?
