MG2200 skips lines

I have a new PIXMA MG2200. Print quality is good but it often skips a whole line. No smearing - just a bunch of words missing.I run Windows 7.this is really annoying - any suggestions?

Tried that. Twice.Pettern appears to be Ok but I cleaned the head anyway.Print quality is good, except for the missing lines.
