But shouldn't a fixed iso deliver a constant brightness? Why would setting ISO on auto make things any better? Plus, the ISO values that are allowed are apart by way more than 2%. If anything, it will create a flickering that's even worse. I actually...

I was in manual mode, and everything was fixed, ISO, aperture, shutter speed, and white balance. Is there anything else that can be left floating?

Using a lower ISO, and/or disabling the High ISO NR did the trick! Here are the new comparison pictures: where I used 100 ISO speed, 5.6 aperture, and 1/80 shutter speed, disabled high ISO NR. Thanks again!Michel
