Pixma ip4600 cd issues on Mac OS X

The Pixma Ip4600 is not printing to cd/ disk; printer only prints test page on A4; downloaded latest drivers for the Mac OS 10 X Mavericks and still has same problem. Please help?

Error: Selphy CP800 Question Mark.Solution: menu, printer setup: info Display = Off.That worked for me!
