Pixma MG5320 - WiFi and USB at the same time?

Can a Canon Pixma MG5320 printer be connected to a Mac with WiFi and a PC with USB at the same time? Has been printing fine with pc connected with USB, but when WiFi was set up for a Mac laptop, the pc froze.
