PIXMA TR150 series-AirPrint won't print color

Screenshot 2026-04-02 at 3.41.45 PM.png I just replaced my color ink cartridge, and it's not printing in color. This should be bright green, but instead it's black ink with blue stripes through it. How can I fix this?
