Thank you, Stephen. I have tried all those steps previously. All ink cartridges are installed and plenty of ink. It would not print because it could not pull the paper. During the print roller test, it stalls out. What does that indicate.
I am considering the same. I called support numerous times and each time I was told to add money to my account. No thank you. I will not add money to my account just to talk to someone to tell me it's a dead printer and I need a new one.
I have exact same problem. I performed all the steps then proceeded to try to clean the rollers. At this point, the error popped up again and would not perform the task. What are my options here? Thanks for your help.
