Hey, exactly same PIXMA TR8620a issue was here—keeps trying rear tray printing, "no paper in back tray" error on every job even when fully closed. Restarted too, no luck.
Then i tried these step: Go to Menu > tap the Gear icon > open Feed Settings > ...
