PIXMA TR8620 shows 1303 paper jam error, no paper jam

Hi, I keep getting the 1303 paper jam message on my TR8620 printer and there is NO JAM in the printer. I have tried unplugging and restarting but keep getting the message. Can anyone help with this?!?! Thanks in advance.
