Okay, I managed to sign the certificate: cat PIXMA.bin | xxd -p | xxd -r -p | base64 1> PIXMA.raw After that add the first and last line: -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE REQUEST-----...-----END CERTIFICATE REQUEST-----

Did you by any chance solve this? I have the same problem with another PIXMA model.
