TR4720 - "TR4700 could not be configured automatically"

I'm getting a message Canon TR4700 could not be configured automatically when I'm trying to add my TR4720, It doesn't come up as a model option. What am I doing wrong?

Well I'm not sure what I did any differently today but it seems to have worked! Thank you so much for taking the time to reply.

As far as version goes, I'm not sure what exactly you would need. When I check settings it says version 141.0.7390.115. Sorry, I'm not that techie.

Sorry, meant to include it's a Chromebook. I tried to add manually but now get message "can't add printer. Check printer configuration"
