Refilled low blue ink tank, cleaned the nozzle head, and other prompted procedures, 3 times. First test sheet showed some blue but next 2 sheets show no blue. It’s a new printer. I put it to work quickly. Printed about 1500 color pages. Blue ...

Yes, thank you. I did all the cleaning steps but refilling the tank head finally restored the blue ink function! Thanks again for your help!
