GX 7021 copier/scanner Print Head Holder side ribbon disconnected

Hi - I had a paper jam and while removing the paper, the side ribbon that connects to the print head holder that slides on the rails, came unplugged. I cannot attach the ribbon. Any suggestions? Thanks. Steven
