Print head ID request for PIXMA TR7620a

I know Canon Canada is the supplier but they continue to ,ignore request for id of printhead for 3 weeks now. Posted to trustpilot which shows a poor rating for Canon Canada

I was hoping Canon would trigger some support as requested of the Canadian Office Nothing yet

Canon Canada Support is useless My requests x4 have been ignored for weeks I need print head ID & price for replacement
