Thank you, that worked!I used my existing login email and password to make a “new” account and then the app would sign in. it still has my info and remembers my camera.
I have the same problem. I can’t sign in to the app, but I can sign in on the website using identical credentials. because the app requires me to sign in to connect to my camera, now I just can’t connect my phone to my camera at all. Wtf canon.
