I can't trigger my MF4350D to scan.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It does print so cord is working. I re-installed latest driver for windows 8 but it happened before I upgraded to 8.1 too so I don't think it's that. It just can't seem to find it.

Went to Printer and DevicesClicked PrinterClicked What's Printing,Toggled Use Printer offline. Restarted.Worked.

Also, checked and restarted WIA. Scanner appears in scanner list. thx.
