PIXMA MG3620 copies all text material as a photo

The machine copies all text material as a photo. Is there a fix for this? If you have an answer I would appreciate it if posted here and sent to me by email if allowed: <personal info removed per Community policy> Thank you

I put a page on the plate to copy, hit the black button and prints like jpeg.. Thank you
