PowerShot SD400 - Says card locked but it’s not locked

I have my moms power shot sd 400 digital Elph i bought a new sd card hoping to use it it says the card is on locked but I checked and it’s not the card is 128 gb but I also tried a 64 gb and it says the same thing

Yes the issue was the amount of gb tried a smaller amount and is working great thank you for your help!

Hi yes I found the solution the sd card were too many gb I guess the camera can uncle I tried a 1gb and it’s working great thanks for your help!
