I have a Brand New #MegaTank MAXIFY GX2020 that does not print or copy in color. I have Windows 11 and I have installed the Canon PRINT app.

I have the same problem with the GX 2020. When scanning either via ADF or platen it starts correctly scanning but then I get a communication error and the most recent scan is lost. I use the Canon Print app for scanning.
