PowerShot SX620 HS Trouble Updating Firmware

Trying to do a firmware update for sx620hs. When I go to 'firm update' after copying the *****###.12 file, I get the error: Update File Error. How can I fix this?

I formatted the card, and copied it directly on the root of the sd card, but this is the error that I'm getting.Do you have any idea why this happens?
