I'm retracting my question. Problem solved. It was a weak wi-fi signal because the closest mesh pod had been unplugged.

I am having the same problem with a Pixma TR8620a. I have it connected via wi-fi, and it prints fine. But when I try to scan, it starts the scan process but then quits with error message 2,157,50. I have tried restarting, new drivers, the software no...
