Hi, I need help figuring out why the printer is printing only blank pages with the ink in.

I dont know why the company would sell the product that they cannot serve after this. And they leave the customers with the useless box in their hands.

It did not help. The support team offers to buy a new printer from them for triple the price. The discount will not do much.
