i am unable to use the canon quick menu. i get this message .net framework v4.0.30319 missing

I have the canon mg2220 printer. i have downloaded the disc and i have installed the .net framework updates. i keep getting the message missing .net framework v4.0.30319 . i have tried everything i can think of. can someone please help>>>>>>>
