I can print and scan wirelessly just fine... but when I hard wire my internet connection I cant print/scan at all... how can II make this work?

Hello everyone... I have the mf232w... I just got a new laptop and trying to install this printer on the new computer. It has worked great for years on my old laptop. The new laptop has windows 11 and can print fine... but I cant seem to get the scan...
