Struggling to get GX4020 on Network with Ethernet and WiFi and stay there

1. Can't get printer to work on both Ethernet and Wifi like other Canon printer could2. Can't get to work with Airprint3. Disconnects from WiFi and network computer all the time PLEASE HELP!
