EOS 1300D - wifi not showing up

my camera EOS1300D stuck on waiting to connect but i cannot see any wifi/network according to the SSID provided. i even tried to add new network using the encryption key with wpa2 and said network not found

From the easy connection to smartphone option. When i even tried to connect with wps it's just stuck on busy.... Please wait
