I have aligned heads, cleaned and deep cleaned heads, and cleaned the encoder strip all several times over. Have also changed cartridges. All other colors print as normal.
Waited 3 weeks for a response. After reading all the other Canon owners with the same issue, and the many other issues I purchased what I hope will be a more reliable Epson.
