How can I fix this - PIXMA iP8720 printer won't print blue?

How can I fix this? Auto clean, new ink, & manually cleaning the printhead didn't fix it. I'm in a time crunch and must have printing in 2 days - do I 2 day ship a new printhead or new printer entirely? Thanks!! :3
