I forgot to mention that the Windows 11 Pro workstation is 24H2. We tested a fresh install on a 23H2 workstation and the software works fine.

We're having the same issue except the printer is a MF751. The Windows ScanApp worked once but never again. We've uninstalled and reinstalled about three times with no luck. The Canon MF733 they had before worked just fine but it died.Have you had an...
