PIXMA TS3522 shows an error message and is unable to print

HI MY PRINTER IS SENDING AN ERROR MESSAGE. UNABLE TO PRINT I HAVE INK AND PAPER PRINTER IS BRAND NEW SINCE I USED IT ONLY 5 TIMES SINCE I BOUGHT IT .
