PIXMA MP495 How to switch from USB connection to Wi-Fi?

I've had a Pixma MP495 for a few years now.  I have recently bought a new laptop, setup the printer on it but I can only get it to work with a USB connection.  How can I change it to a wireless connection?RegardsLarry
