Whose to say the some body in the newer feature won't come out with an even newer flash mount that makes the EL1 and EL5 obsolete. My R5 is just two years old, and I can't use the new flashes, beginning to think the joke is on us.
I just ordered one. How can it not fit my R5? The camera is less than a year old? Are camera bodies this new really being phased out this quickly. Seems a shame/sham if so.
