Hello. I’m not certain of any trouble shooting steps I’m supposed to take. The display isn’t coming on. So it’s quite difficult to do anything with the printer.

Hello. Apparently your post is about 4 years old but my printer is experiencing same. Were you able to sort it out finally? Just curious. thanks
