The firmware won't finish updating... it looks like its almost done and then it runs until the battery dies.  No matter if I reinstall on the SD card or change the battery, it just picks up where it left off.   Using the cancel button is useless.This...

The auto focus no longer works on the 2 month old camera with the kit lens.  It worked earlier today and then just quit ...  I do have a 50mm that switches from auto to manual, but maybe the camera is recognizing the manual setting? 

I have tried for 2 days to update my camera.  Numerous cards have been formatted/unlocked and the reader is operable.  The update IS on the card but I am receiving the message; Memory card containing firmware is required to update.  Any ideas what I ...
